Whew!
Finally, after two tiring weeks I am finally done with our transition project. I am happy to see my trainees passed their tests. Everything that we have done is worth it, next stop is for me to coach them and monitor their calls and troubleshooting to ensure that we meet the requirements.
I am hoping that after this everything would be back to normal.
